It was a nice day today because there was some sunshining in the nice city Sittard in The Netherlands. And in this nice city we went to the nice day care. And at the nice day care we could create today some nice artworks. And next to all hard “art-work” there was some space to drink a nice glass of water or a nice cup of coffee.
And today artist “Pietro del Villa” did create a nice artwork that has the name: “Costumes 2.0”. This because the small artwork was a result of the “inspiration” today. And today the inspiration did came from a nice book that is called: “A Pictorial History Of Costume”. In this nice book you can find several “costumes-pictures” from the past. And artist “Pietro del Villa” did find a nice inpiration picture in this nice book. The picture concerns old costumes with the colours red and blue. And this colours were used to create the background for the small artwork in Sittard. Also you can see at the inspiration-picture that some people/costumes wear a rifle. And that’s why you can find brown stripes on the abstract artwork. The brown stripes stands for some (brown) rifles. It was a challenge to convert the “costumes-picture” in to a nice abstract artwork. For the artwork there was used a small canvasboard. The height of the canvasboard is 25 centimeters and the width is also 25 centimeters. Also for the artwork there were used several colours (red, blue and brown) of acrylic paint to create the artwork with.
And today we already made some interesting pictures about this nice small artwork in Sittard. You can see all pictures underneath, if you want! The only thing you have to do is to scroll down at this webpage! We wish you already some acrylic-paint-fun and general art-fun on this website!
